Worse property management ever Wanted to charge me for anything and everything when I moved out. Thankfully I took pictures and they reduced a lot of it but I left the place very clean and they charged me $290 to clean!!! No carpets in apartment, a fridge and stove for appliances ( which were spotless) Run away from this company
WARNING!! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT do business with BlueFrog PM if you plan to have a good experience owning a property or renting it! I have a couple properties that BlueFrog PM was managing, and my tenants constantly complained to me of how bad BlueFrog was about responding to maintenance calls or any other issue they had. My tenants had asked me to change to another company as they didn’t like how BlueFrog would take weeks to respond back, let alone fix an issue, if they ever fixed the issue at all.
