Alicia Cameron was about five minutes late and was dressed in lounge wear. She sat on a couch with a blanket laid out, and the overall setting felt much more casual than I expected for a first appointment. Rude as hell and not clear about their apparent very strict policy. I was told I had theee days to fill out the paperwork online and I get a call the day before, while at work, telling I have to do it before 9am the next day. I get a call before 9 am directly to reschedule, when I’m completing the paperwork. The person was rude as hell with their tone and doing other things as they’re making the call.
