Alicia Cameron was about five minutes late and was dressed in lounge wear. Rude as hell and not clear about their apparent very strict policy. I was told I had theee days to fill out the paperwork online and I get a call the day before, while at work, telling I have to do it before 9am the next day. I get a call before 9 am directly to reschedule, when I’m completing the paperwork. The person was rude as hell with their tone and doing other things as they’re making the call. Called to make an appointment. Cool. Told the lady on the phone I need to do telehealth. Cool. All my emails come back telling me its in person. Not cool. Call them to make sure its telehealth, lady on the phone (rude for no reason) "well you really should have told me. It says right on the website portal it will be telehealth" okay yeah, after you changed it 5 seconds ago, yeah it says teleheath now.
