We had an awesome experience with this company - they were very knowledgeable, professional and did honest work. They were very reasonably priced and did a great job cleaning up. I was kept updated on timing and arrival of materials as things were scheduled. Jay's crew were great, went right to work and by the end of the day I had a beautiful new roof. I reached out to Bluefox to have them come check my roof on a 13 year old roof that had an active leak. We bought the home in 2022 so we didn't know how the previous owners took care of the home. Jay arrived and asked what my concerns were and what I would like to accomplish? I had already informed Bluefox that my insurance had suspended my home owners policy after they told me there wasn't a leak but then turned around and told me I had to fix the leak that supposedly didn't exist. Jay was on time and inspected my 20 yr old roof. I know Allstate will not cover a new one so I am prepared to pay cash. He sat down and went over his findings. I asked about options and pricing and he said I would need to schedule another appointment for that. What? I took off work, you're at my house now and you want me to set up another time?
