I couldn’t wait to move out so that I could shout my review from the rooftops! I am telling everyone and highly recommending that you do not rent with Blue Fox Properties! We always paid our rent on time and only had a few maintenance issues, of which most of them I had to deal with myself. Issues: 1. Extremely unprofessional and scummy company. Will scam you out of your deposit and lie to your face. Do not rent from these guys.
What a horrible way to do business. I had applied for a property on the 23 of January. Debbie called me shortly after that and left me a message. That very day, I called her back 2 times and heard that she called my 18 year old son to talk to him about it. He told her that she would have to follow up with me. I sent emails and called her back many times after that. She never returned my phone calls or emails.
