Don't list your property with this company. They find every excuse to charge you before even listing the property and then they have the audacity to tell you that it's because they have such high standards so they want everything to be perfect. Well, their work is far from perfect but they charge you as if it were perfect. They communicate through text and email so no personal service at all. I couldn’t wait to move out so that I could shout my review from the rooftops! I am telling everyone and highly recommending that you do not rent with Blue Fox Properties! We always paid our rent on time and only had a few maintenance issues, of which most of them I had to deal with myself. Issues: 1. My roommate got locked out of her room and they pretty much told her tough luck so she had to call a locksmith 2. Extremely unprofessional and scummy company. Will scam you out of your deposit and lie to your face. Do not rent from these guys.
What a horrible way to do business. I had applied for a property on the 23 of January. Debbie called me shortly after that and left me a message. That very day, I called her back 2 times and heard that she called my 18 year old son to talk to him about it. He told her that she would have to follow up with me. I sent emails and called her back many times after that. She never returned my phone calls or emails.
