Easy to schedule. Compassionate and patient. Pake provides excellent massage therapy and for stress relief and pain management. I book sessions on a regular basis with Pake for my self care. I'm so glad they take insurance. ALSO, Blue Foot Healing carries great curated products and must-haves for sale: teas, herbs, topicals, books, all sorts of goods for health and wellness. Totally recommend stopping by even just to say hi! Super friendly.
