Horrible customer service! They do not get back to you if you have a question.

Blue Flame is on point. My hot water heater burst. They came right out, gave me an excellent quote and installed a new one within a few hours. Installers and delivery person were friendly and professional. A pleasant experience came out of a stressful situation.
I have been a customer for quite a few years, which started when they purchased or merged with the company I had been using. I must say that they have kept me as a customer, not because of price (although they are not ridiculous), but because of great service. Today was just an example of what I mean.
