The installation of my hot water heater was seemless. The technicians were finished in two hours!
I had Nick A and Joe remove and install a new air compressor. Communication was excellent. Work was professional and impressive. The best part was after they were all done and asked if I had any questions I mentioned my nest thermostat wasn’t working. Nick and Joe didn’t waste a second and connected the “c” wire. It was impressive and shows what kind of company and employees work for Blue Flame. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
Last night, Nick A responded to an emergency at my mother's house as a value on a baseboard was leaking enough to cause the entire carpet of a room to be saturated. After calling BF, Nick arrived at the house within an hour. He went directly to the basement to close the valves and stop water from leaking further. I then showed him the issue and he repaired it in a short amount of time. I want to bring this to the attention of his supervisor as his work and professionalism was of the highest order last night.
Excellent service. Our furnace broke down at the onset of a cold snap and Joe and team guided us through our replacement options and had us up and running in a couple of days.
Horrible customer service! They do not get back to you if you have a question.
