The customer service was great! They had a lot of available times for my emergency. The HVAC expert was really thorough and offered me a lot of options and the prices were lower than what I was quoted by other people. I like working with this company!

Once completed the new HVAC system is quite nice and enjoyable; however, the installation didn’t go smoothly as planned. I would attribute the majority of the issues to handoffs between team/installers everyday. On the positive side, Patrick did an amazing job of correcting issues left by the installation crew. Dispatching could do better in terms of communicating appointments and plans.

We called Blue Flame and scheduled a furnace maintenance with their agent who also said “of course we install water heaters and can give you a quote.” Fast forward to the scheduled maintenance day, the technician calls me and says Blue Flame doesn’t service water heaters and she will have to cancel the “water heater service.” I tell her we schedule furnace service and asked for a water heater bid, and that we still want the furnace service. The service technician, Patrick, was very professional and polite. We thought we might need service but after he examined the system and explained (and showed) certain features, we agreed the heat pump was working properly.
