We have had a terrible experience so far with their technicians. They came home for a regular tune-up. And after drilling three holes at different places on the furnace wall, I was told that the CO levels are ominous (387 ppm) etc. The next thing the technician did was to turn off the furnace, pull off a tube that attaches the gas to the furnace, shut off the thermostat and take off. I insisted on a second opinion from another technician from the firm. That person agreed with the first. I had one more HVAC company come over ... read more

We had some electrical outlets that were not working. Zachary was our electrician. He was able to figure out just what to do. He was very courteous and professional. He did a great job! Thank you so much.
Tried to use blue flame since they advertise 24 hr emergency service. I called due to an electrical emergency, spoke with a dispatcher who said she was getting a tech out to me. 90 mins later I hadn't heard from anyone so I called back and spoke to a different dispatcher who said she would get someone to me. Then I get a text from a different person saying there isn't a 24hr electrician. So I called the main line back and they had no idea what was going on and couldn't confirm if they actually knew if there was anyone coming... read more
