Recently used this company per my venues contract which only gave me two options. If I could start over I would look into venues that allow you to pick your own caterer. Blue Fire Catering was the caterer for our wedding at Hall of Lights, and as we planned our wedding in just 5 weeks and were not able to do a tasting, the food at the wedding day of was FANTASTIC! From presentation, to the taste, it was truly phenomenal. Chelsea was our representative and she really explained the menu and suggested what paired well with what. I would probably say one of the best caterers in DFW!

Blue Fire handled our catering and full bar at my daughter's wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased! We had several passed options such as the stuffed mushrooms, brisket empanada, beef skewer, and bacon wrapped jalapeno quail. Then the chef stations such as the taco station and short rib station were just fabulous! We topped of the night with peperoni pizza slices and fry cones during our late night snack. Everyone raved about the food and the service was wonderful! Book Blue Fire with confidence!
