We hired Blue Fire Catering for our daughter's recent wedding of 240 people, and they did an amazing job! From working with Claire on planning all of the details through the wedding day, they were responsive, professional, and the service was flawless. We were so pleased with the quality, service and amazing staff from Blue Fire Catering! We used them for my daughter’s wedding. The guest at the wedding raved about how good the food was. The meat was tender and I felt like I could have stuck my head in the mashed potato bowl it was so good! I then hired them for a Company Christmas party at my home. I am over the moon to have had Blue Fire cater my wedding! The food was the thing I got the most compliments on. Even little things like the salad was so delicious. I am so so grateful for the work they did for us. They were 100% professional and helpful and the food was literally to die for, everything they made was delicious and the majority of my guests independently told me so as well!
Recently used this company per my venues contract which only gave me two options. If I could start over I would look into venues that allow you to pick your own caterer. Blue Fire Catering was the caterer for our wedding at Hall of Lights, and as we planned our wedding in just 5 weeks and were not able to do a tasting, the food at the wedding day of was FANTASTIC! From presentation, to the taste, it was truly phenomenal. Chelsea was our representative and she really explained the menu and suggested what paired well with what. I would probably say one of the best caterers in DFW!
