Bad customer service, tried to skip a payment because Covid hit my family disturbing our finances and the company didn’t care at all they just told me the repercussions of not making a payment when I just wanted a little help. From a former business owner you need to take personal interest and a possible resolution with a loyal customer mostly when I have made all my payments on time to blue federal. They are holding our money hostage! I over paid off a loan; was lied to that the refund check was mailed out on 1/10/22. When we talked to Alexis to find out where our money was and why we were lied to she was very condescending and stated the check was never mailed to us but would be in the mail tomorrow. The worst customer service we have ever experienced and they have stolen our money!

I called Blues support line right away and was told by two different reps that since the charges were still pending there was nothing they could do and to call back once the charges were approved. Worse Credit Union/Bank I have every dealt with. Had my car financed with them and they could not correctly apply my Principle Only monthly payment correctly...they kept applying it to interest of all things!!! Went over and over it with them and I tried sending it in everyway they said to and still it was done wrong. The last time they refused to go back and correct the error!!! I changed Credit Unions! Don't go with them is all I can say! Customer Service is awful and they sure aren't looking out for the customer.
