About this business

Beginning in August you will notice some changes at our 7th Avenue branch in Cheyenne as we begin a beautiful exterior face-lift and interior remodel! To ensure we continue to provide excellent service, a temporary workspace will be open during the entirety of the renovation. We believe a great credit union can change your life for the better. As a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative, we return millions of dollars in the form of dividends to our members each year. We genuinely exist to serve; it’s an honor and a d... read more

Blue Federal credit union. What a joke of a bank. Do not use it as my primary bank, had them due to a car loan. Did not have courtesy pay on with them. Somehow they got set as my primary source of payment through ****** and Blue fcu instead of denying all purchases, started charging me fees. Purchases were never funded but this did not stop them from charging me over $200 dollars worth of fees because "they received a request" what a joke of bank. Never received ANY notification there was someone attempting to obtain money. ... read more

I agree with some of what has been said here. I had a small balance left in a savings account which I intentionally left with this credit union. I was about to add a larger amount to this account and discovered that Blue Credit Union had deducted all the funds and closed my account. When questioned about this the representative stated the account was closed after inactivity fees had been deducted. I find it absolutely unacceptable that a credit union would take a savings account balance from a member - the money is there to ... read more

Terrible customer service. When we objected to an attempt to get us to repay a debt that was discharged years ago, the staff grew hostile. Additional calls to management only drew nastier responses, including the express claim that they don't value our membership and we should close our account.

I had a car loan through this bank and paid it off as fast as possible after I moved to another state. As I was unsure of the amount I had to pay still at the end I intentionally over paid to ensure that I would finish repaying my loan. However instead of simply sending me the difference back (as I had been assured would happen by an employee) they set up an account and proceeded to withdraw money from it through various fees! Absolutely horrible policies and I certainly do NOT recommend to anyone who actually wants to keep ... read more

Blue took over Warren Federal Credit Union a couple of years ago. We have had nothing but problems. Am in the process of transferring our money and accounts to another bank. Rude people and incompetent service are not a good combination.

I was referred here by ******** ****** - a company that steals the Fleet name in order to build false trust. What can I say? I was getting desperate. This has had to have been the WORST loan I've ever had. It was so bad, in fact, that I told them I was considering a voluntary repo. Less than a week later, the car was already gone, and they want an extra $450 is repo fees that could have been avoided. Not to mention their ridiculous insurance tracker that doesn't even work and charges people THREE TIMES the amount of regular ... read more
