I have absolutely loved living at Logan Square!! The apartment was very nice, new and clean. Brandon was very responsive to texts and maintenance requests. The maintenance team was always so friendly and did such a great job. Brandon was so easy to work with. I loved that I was renting from a family business. I would highly recommend!!
I love Blue Family Development! Their properties are well taken care of with common areas like hallways cleaned weekly, and maintenance is always quick to respond to requests. Brandon always responded to me promptly when I needed to reach out to him too. I loved living at Pearl Flats and wish I could’ve stayed longer! This is a great property management company that cares and is on top of things that come up. Thank you for such a lovely experience!
website is useless so i filled out contact sheet and was called by a rude person who was short and not helpful based off this interaction i would never do business with them
