Renters beware of blue family development. Just because they have 'family' in their business name does not mean this is a family oriented company. It's a ploy to get your guard down, they are exactly like the big corporate places. They don’t care about your home, they care about how much money they can get from you. We LOVE blue family development! Their units are well taken care of and issues are promptly resolved. Brandon's been kind + helpful. Highly recommend.
As prior reviews state, Brandon’s communication is poor. He doesn’t keep his commitments and is seemingly only concerned with what’s best for him. We were supposed to have a showing this morning. He cancelled for a “family emergency” and asked to reschedule for 230pm. Upon arriving at the location at 230pm, I texted him that I was out front of the building.
