I had a horrible experience at this car wash! Damarkieth came up to me and asked if I needed help, and I said yes. After he was done removing the bugs from my car, he made a remark stating that he charges to remove the bugs off my car. Excuse me? What kind of car wash is this! That is unprofessional and misleading—I should not be told about “extra charges” after the service is already done.
This is not the first time BlueWave has been horrible. The top leader areal clearly don’t care when complaints come in about their employees. It’s frustrating because instead of holding staff accountable, they brush it off—especially when it involves their own people. The lack of professionalism from both the employees and management is unacceptable, and it shows why the service keeps getting worse. Customers deserve respect and honesty, not excuses and bad attitudes.
I just had my car washed at Blue Express in Huntsville, Al. I was drying my car and an employee named Zion walked up to my car and asked if I would like to re-run my car. He said we missed some areas that we need to get clean for you. What a nice, faithful employee!! Again, I had said nothing and was so amazed when he approached me and said “Please let us run your car through the wash again and get clean those places we missed.” I have always liked Blue Express in the past but I am totally sold on this car wash now.
