So easy to communicate with and very nice
Blue Elephant Storage is local, communicative, reasonably priced, and easy to work with! They helped us pick a unit and ensured getting in and out was easy with both a code and a text to open gate. Only mild issue was the hours of 7-7 being available to get in, but having comfort in things being secure helps make that an easy pill to swallow. They also made the process of leaving the unit a breeze by only requiring a two week notice period and deducting pro rated rent from our original deposit. Highly recommend them!
Rented units from them for almost 10 years. All in all it was a good experience and would recommend.
I love the convenient central location and it's close to the highway. I can simply text from my phone to open the security gate and the owners are so easy to work with. They also have multiple locations around central oregon in case my storage needs change Blue elephant is there to help.
