After attempting to contact many storage facilities in town but hearing only recorded menus, the manager at Blue Elephant actually picked up the phone and was so kind, easy and lovely to work with! Local ownership really matters. Highly recommend!!
Wow! This was the smoothest storage unit experience. Not only does the website make it very easy to rent your space they are also very fast responding for any help you may need. You can tell this business takes their costumer service seriously and will be a great company to work with.
Easy to communicate with owner and manager. Large clean unit and well maintained facility!
I am grateful I found Blue Elephant Storage. Karen is amazing to work with and the facility is the nicest storage facility I've seen. The units are clean, easy to access and secure. I will be suggesting Blue Elephant Storage to anyone looking to store their belongings.
