⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Gilbert highly enough! I found him through Reddit and Nextdoor, and I'm so glad I did. I needed a PRV replacement, water shut-off work, and a new water heater, and he handled all of it flawlessly. Blue Dragon Plumbing rules. Gilbert answered the phone when I called, got me a quote same day, gave me a great deal on installing a new water heater, and showed up on time. Great guy, and a total expert. This service was above and beyond. Nailed the job and did the little extras. Ideal plumber.
Last year I needed a Pressure Regulator Valve replaced as well as ended up needing a new cartridge in my master shower after having issues with the water pressure. Gilbert came out promptly and was able to fix both issues. He also charges the fairest rates I've seen from plumbing services in Austin. 5-stars. Highly recommend.
Great job! I gave the number to my parents to fix a kitchen sink issue at their place. Kelvin did outstanding work for them. He was very patient with them and communicative. Will certainly call back when more work is needed. I left a similar review on Yelp when they helped me.
