I called Gilbert in a pinch on a Saturday and he answered right away. I described the issue (needed an external faucet replaced due to a leak). He asked me to send a picture and within seconds he confirmed he could do the work, provided a free virtual estimate, and was over in less than an hour. He did a killer job soldering in the new unit and took pride in his work. Gilbert provided an upgraded model and charged a very competitive price. No weekend surcharge. I highly recommend this locally owned business!

Blue Dragon Plumbing rules. Gilbert answered the phone when I called, got me a quote same day, gave me a great deal on installing a new water heater, and showed up on time. Great guy, and a total expert. This service was above and beyond. Nailed the job and did the little extras. Ideal plumber.
Last year I needed a Pressure Regulator Valve replaced as well as ended up needing a new cartridge in my master shower after having issues with the water pressure. Gilbert came out promptly and was able to fix both issues. He also charges the fairest rates I've seen from plumbing services in Austin. 5-stars. Highly recommend.
