Joray was extremely helpful! She helped to diagnose the issue. She ordered the new dial pad & had it shipped. We received the part within a couple days. Joray called to make sure the part was received. She was so patient, kind, professional & made sure to explain every step for an Easy replacing of the dial pad for our safe. The new dial pad works Beautifully! Thank You So Much Joray!!!!
