I’ve used Blue Door Pest Control for over a year and was very happy when Jason was servicing our home. However, apparently Jason isn’t with the company anymore and no one has been coming to my home for the last 3 months and I’ve still been charged $54 per month. Recently I found out that Blue Door is NOT licensed and that the owner sub contracts his work out to contractors which is fine, but when they can’t find a contractor to cover your service, he still charges when no one comes. Blue Door Pest Control was able to come out and inspect my mom's house in less than 24 hours and at no charge. They were timely and communicative. Fortunately no major issue and they didn't try to sell me on a service I didn't need. I'll definitely call them first next time I need an inspection or treatment!

Prepaid and bought a Groupon. These people do not answer. My voucher said to email for appointment which I didn't like. Ignored my email. I had to Google them and then tried calling them. Left them a voicemail. Did not return my call or voicemail. I tried to text them the next day. Introduced himself as Mike and replied and asked what my voucher number is, gave me a day but not a time that he would come out, and then never replied again. Ghosted. Found Blue door on Groupon, they actually arrived the same day I called to book the appointment. Jason the tech was very friendly, thorough and well informed. We will end up probably signing up with them. Best part is, if for some reason the bugs come back, just call them and they will come retreat the area. Prices are fair and reasonable.
