In 2 days, we had 3 maintenance issues. Our heat was out at 6 am. By 7am, Fustin was fixing it. Later, Ice fell from our roof and damaged a gas line. Dustin was their within 15 minutes and had the fire department and gas crew all there as well. It was fixed with an hour. The next morning, our hot water was off. Yet again, with minutes of calling, Dustin was here and fixing the issue. Dustin went above any expectations and is always kind and respectful. Horrible in after hours response. The maintenance team will take four times to fix an issue correctly. Expect to be locked out on freezing cold winters multiple times. Moreover, the management team doesn't honor the lease agreement in refunding you if a private locksmith is called during after office hours despite the lease agreement saying it would. Expect to be bullied. The complaints will take more than a month to reach a conclusion and expect it to be denied.
