My friend and I were treated to excellent customer service. The front desk manager went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The Inn is a good place to meet up with extended family or friends, and offers space for relaxing or playing games outside, swimming, or hanging around a fire pit. It was clean and maintained well around the property. I highly recommend this place
We booked a honeymoon suit bc it’s our anniversary trip. We chose this place because it has great reviews. There were bugs in our honeymoon suit! Multiple bugs keys crawling out from the bed, & then when we tried to check the mattress it was zip tied?! Front desk guy didn’t even apologize nor did he refund us the full amount. We didn’t even stay there. Very unfortunate.
We stayed here 2 nights in July. The location is great, very convenient to rocky mountain national park. My kids loved the pool and the shuffle board court. Not a luxury hotel but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was super helpful. If I'm ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
It was a hot summer day when we arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM after driving from Denver Airport. We were exhausted and looking forward to relaxing in a cool room with air conditioning. LOCATION! Perfect drive to RMNP. Approx 10 min to entrance station! Less than a minute to Safeway and downtown! From the outside it’s slightly dated, but our room was fantastic!! Room 212 specifically allows for views of all the mountains!! We enjoyed the extra space with the 2 beds! Cannot speak to breakfast, but the lobby was clean and inviting!
