By far our favorite Italian restaurant in Westchester County. We've been going to the Blue Dolphin for years now and everything is absolutely incredible. My favorite dishes: lobster with black linguine in arribbiata sauce, shrimp and lobster penne alla vodka, and the veal caprese.
