About this business
Wonderful suites at the Inn directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Cottages directly across the street from the Gulf all with great views of the water. We provide full outdoor cooking facilities for boiling and grilling your "catch of the day". All units have two bedrooms with either a kitchenette with full size refrigerator or a complete kitchen. All kitchen utensils are provided. We try to be the "cleanest hotel on Grand Isle"!

Just got home from staying at Blue Dolphin Inn for a month. Loved our beach view room on the deck. Weather was great, Everything about our suite was great and very clean, no complaints here. Met a lot of nice people including the owners. This is our second year here and we really enjoy a break from winter and relax at Blue Dolphin. Love the new Flat screen tv's, new central air/heat. They always seem to be making upgrades to better accommodate their guest. Yes, Blue Dolphin Inn, we will see you next year!
My husband was working on the island and I went to stay the weekend and just loved it. It was clean and relaxing and just beautiful being by the water
My fiancé just had his bachelor party here last weekend. Even though they said the place was clean and had a lot of things like burners they could use, my brother and stepdad's experience was a bit different. They stayed in Room 9. They said as soon as you walked in the room the smell of mold almost knocked you down. Apparently the room my brother stayed in had no window so the air was stagnant the entire time. Our cottage was so clean. Staff was so nice. Loved being that close to the ocean, especially at night. We sat on the provided lawn chairs on the deck and just felt completely relaxed and at peace. They even had dishes, pots, pans and utensils for our use! The appliances were up to date and clean. I am soo glad we decided to stay here! It was perfect even it if was just for one night!
Our family enjoyed an awesome long weekend at the Blue Dolphin Inn. The hotel(4 bedroom suite) with private porch/patio was awesome and the renovations were beyond our expectations. Everything we needed was provided. Borrowed burners/pots from the office to boil and fry. Ample clean linens, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. EXCELLENT customer service. Will book again next summer for sure!
Great room, sunrise and dolphin watching every morning. Can't wait to go back
We have loved this place!!!! Plan on making this a yearly getaway!!!
