They are very unprofessional when it comes to filling orders placed by the consumer. I ordered these two 30 dollars charms that are no bigger than the size of a pinky nail if that big. 60 dollars wasted and they want to charge a 25% restocking fee on top of selling cheaply made merchandise. I placed my order on May 26th but my item wasn't shipped until June 17th after I called them and had to leave a message just to get thru to someone. They are the worst will never be ordering from them again. #firstandlasttime

Ordered a bracelet over a month ago - Money was immediately taken out of my PayPal account and bracelet was never received. Don't order from these guys.
