I bought a Trailer a Free solo teardrop from Blue Dog Rv in Pasco Wa. Wow is all I can say yes WOW. These people are on the ball sharp they answer all your questions. The service the way they all communicate the walk thru etc.. I have no issues or any negative comments about anyone or anything, Luis Herrera was my sale guy and this guy WOW knows his stuff. If I could give Blue Dog 0 stars I would. I don't ever leave reviews but after my experience with this business, I feel like I have to try to warn others. From dealing with the Sales end all the way through the service department every single person that I have dealt with has provided me with the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I want to start by saying I am apprehensive to even write a review due to the fact my BRAND NEW 2021 Olympia 26BH is currently at Blue Dog RV of Pasco awaiting service. I fear that my trailer may be neglected or damaged simply for writing this review. The Sales process was great along with Finance. Part and Repairs are a department with no accountability and is incompetent. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer when you call. And returning phone calls rarely happen. Purchased an RV from them from out of state. They made the buying process easy and we’re very helpful. While the RV had issues when we were supposed to pick it up, they put us up overnight so they had time to fix most everything we found. Their prices were extremely fair and the service staff was very helpful. They went way beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.
Multiple things are broke they told me the day after I bought it it will be two months till they can fix stuff the sales guy lied about trade price very unhappy
By far the worse Rv dealer in the tri cities. They never follow up when they have your rv, which they are supposed to do every 3-7 days if your trailer is there. And if you state something negative against them, they call the cops on you or banish you from future service (which isn't a lose). This "dealership" is a joke. Please go to Camping world or give the newer dealers your business because Blue Dog does not deserve any.
bought a 2021 highland ridge open range 32' with two slides. left their dealership with no brakes. two months later they came from portland oregon to pick it up and repair it, i had to drive and pick it up when it was done. 2 months after that the 12v fridge stopped working and the ac unit stopped working. tried to get it repaired in washintgon since they have a "coast to coast" warranty and nobody will work on it cause i didnt buy it from them. today i have literally been on the phone for 5 hours trying to get this issue re... read more
