Kellan, the manager treated me with professionalism after expressing, due to work had to cancel an appointment. I had done it before with no issues. But this time they charged $50 cancellation fee. I didn't understand why the fee wasn't charged before, but this time there waws a charge. Once I reached out to company, they rectified the issue. The situation was handled well. They issued a void to my credit card [meaning they will stop trying to take the funds].
I was bated into putting a deposit down for laser hair removal when I wasn't 100% certain I could get the treatment. I have Bullous Lupus and needed to check with my Rheumatologist and Dermatologist. The staff urged me to put down a deposit to lock in the service at the lower rate because just my luck, it was the last day to take advantage of the discount. I purchased an 8 pack of laser hair removal for my back & shoulders, I was so sensitive from having my girlfriend shaving me I finally decided to do laser hair removal. I chose Blue Divine, after my consultation with Kalen I felt very comfortable. I finished my 8th session 3 months ago and I haven't had to shave at all. Laser hair removal works at Blue Divine. Kalen was so sweet & kept me COOL & calm in the process.
Kalen is the BEST! She always knows the latest and greatest in the industry. She has been working wonders on my skin. My favorite day of the month is when I go in for the HydraFacial, it always leaves me with a beautiful glow!
