She's a great property manager!!!
Wish I could give negative stars. Apt had roaches coming out of wall sockets and phone Jack's but before moving in she wanted to view my apt and see if there were hand prints on the walls. Who does that? As long as she gets her rent that's all that matters. And if you fall behind be ready to go to court because she will definitely take that good ol state refund. My parents told me they didnt like her demeanor and not to rent from her. They were right. Would never rent again or ever refer her.
