As tenants, Bryan and Samantha were great property managers. They were always responsive, fair, and quick to help, which is so important to have peace of mind as a tenant. Appreciate this team!

Rented a property for 3 years. Samantha was the most unresponsive property manager I've ever experienced. The amount of time it would take to get small things like gates/fridge/lights/electrical fixed was unbelievable. To add insult to injury when we moved out they charged us/took out of my deposit stuff that was broken/not working when I moved in.
Horrible rental company. I’ve been renting in San Diego for 10 plus years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had in that time. They do not maintain anything and they will screw the tenant. Would leave zero stars if I could. Samantha is particularly horrible at her job. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
