We have been tenants for about 2 years with Bryan and Samantha. I have nothing but amazing things to say about both of them. From the very first day we toured their rental listing, Bryan was so great and really just a nice person overall. Rented a property for 3 years. Samantha was the most unresponsive property manager I've ever experienced. The amount of time it would take to get small things like gates/fridge/lights/electrical fixed was unbelievable. To add insult to injury when we moved out they charged us/took out of my deposit stuff that was broken/not working when I moved in.
