Last January we incured extensive damage from an insurance loss. We hired Richard of Blue Diamond as our General Contractor. He managed to put us on a good schedule with his fine organizational skills, kept very good track of our job. If he wasn't on the jobsite, he was always a phone call away. He always returns phone calls. I'm happy to say that our house is all put back together again. Everything is rebuilt better than it was. This was our first experience with a contractor and I must say we approached with project with a great deal of caution based on all the horror stories we have heard from friends about contract work and remodels. However we were pleasantly suprised by the experience: the finished product is beautiful, and 4 or 5 weeks it took to do the job were quite painless.
