We had a large group booking which was in place for over a year. Due to a change in ownership our agreement was changed and they were unpleasant about it. Whilst the linen was fresh and pillows comfortable, the car park was flat, we suspect (although unable to confirm) that the shower caps were reused as they were markedly different to the other 10 places we stayed at (the shower caps in other places looked like zips, where the shower caps at this place were folded and wrinkled) - we felt ikky using them.
Stayed here for the night with a bunch of other women for a massive motorcycle trip. After a day of riding in the rain and being cold, the heater worked well but the blow dryer only worked for 30 seconds to dry off our soaked shoes? They were apologetic and gave us another one.. same thing happened. Comfy bed, fine for one night.
Expensive for what it is - dated decor BUT the on-site team provide a warm welcome, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. Easy to walk to restaurants and was quiet at night.
Easy walk to the cbd friendly staff great showers. Will be staying again on our next trip
