What a joke, absolutely no sense of urgency, no communication with front staff to patient of delays. The past two times I’ve came in for appointments(not walk ins) I’ve waited 45 minutes to an hour and a half past my appointments time. Absolutely unacceptable to be wasting patients time to this extent.
The front desk staff are unprofessional and appear to be poorly trained. My toddler son had an appointment scheduled for 3:45 p.m. I called ahead to ask whether we could come in earlier, but was instead advised to arrive at 4:30 p.m. because the doctor was running behind. While delays are understandable and can happen in any medical office, clear communication is essential.
