Charles is the man! He was fast, on time, and honest pricing! I used them again this year and just as great!! I will continue to recommend! Referencing the second time I used them the same issue persisted and it was not fixed. They were not accommodating with adjusting the invoice and kept sending me to Charles. I am don’t feel that the technician is an appropriate point of contact to discuss warranty and invoices.

I had a great experience with this company. I did my digging for a locally owned business with good customer service, and was not disappointed. I had three companies come look at my systems, and only Blue Diamond took the time to open them up, to give an educated and accurate assessment. The techs who replaced my heating and air on the day of appointment were great.
