Brian and team repaired my Daikin outdoor unit (still under warranty). They're very familiar with the units, have a great relationship with Daikin, and are prompt and professional. I actually called 2 other companies before Blue Diamond who were unable to diagnose the problem or resolve it in a timely manner. I wasted a few weeks by not calling Blue Diamond first. Blue Diamond was very impressive and I highly recommend them!
