The hygenist suggested xrays which I wasn't sure I wanted or needed and they assured me that the costs would be covered by my insurance. The hygenist and dentist were very nice and my cleaning was good. I feel the hygenist and staff completely mislead me regarding the insurance and the xrays. The staff was short and rude, especially on the phone for follow-up related to the charges. I tried to speak to the dentist and they assured me he would call but didn't.
