We lived there in 2011-12 and just found out thay put a $993 dollars on me and my wifes Credit rating it's funny because we paid our rent on time every month and they gave us 100% of our damage deposit back
well 1st of all don't move to blue diamond apartments i currently live here right now and its horrible, for one we have roaches bad we have called the landlord and told them they had a exterminator come out and spray our apartment but a few days later the roaches were right back, they have so many health violations first off they have no fire alarms second the ceilings are falling in because in my daughters room her ceiling is falling in yes i have let maintenance know everything and they half ass there jobs me and my husban... read more
I am living @ blue diamond apts & they are in good condition!
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where do I begin? In 2009 I moved here from out of State. Per the internet Blue Diamond was very very nice. I came and moved into a Townhome. Which 1 was all the way in the back. Nothing like what they showed me when I did a tour. Anyways, I went ahead and moved into the Townhome. Everything was ok no real bad complaints. UNTIL!!!!!!!!!!!!! the lady next to moved out. The rats, mice, bugs, came in my Townhome. The rats was eating up chips and computer cords. I caught 5 rats and took them to the Office Staff... read more
