It was my first time so didn't know what to expect. Friendly staff. Clean and nice place.i took an hour and asked to focus on my legs that were very stiff after 4 hour morning run. They didnt really follow my request and did full body that was decent, but not exactly what I asked for. Also u pay upfront and they expect u to tip after so have some cash on you
