Sucks....medical coverage in this state generally is horrible and you deal with a bunch of criminals. Kaiser needs to come to this state and raise the bar for medical coverage.
They are horrible starting on 1,2,2025 they denied a claim that they said they would cover up the 2500 right before, than denied my prescriptions twice every after the DR did there paperwork. Then I call about the first denial they lied, the DR found the truth I call back and now it's a different story. Horrible customer service. You have tell the end of March to change your insurance so if you have blue cross Medicare I would change now, I suggest you change to United health St Luke's only. 4 months later and they are still... read more

They're an insurance company so we've had our share of issues and annoyance's (but those are mostly just thanks to the general state of health care in my opinion). This review is for the customer service I've received anytime I've needed to contact Blue cross. The people have always been friendly and helpful, and the wait times haven't been awful. Again, they're not perfect, but they're significantly better than other insurance companies I've had in the past.
IF YOU ARE "SO SORRY" THEN WHY HASN'T ANYONE REACHED OUT? Your delay tactics are uncalled for in a situation like this. I have been doing your groups job regarding the referrals you suggested. The first Dr. on the list your team provided was retired! Absolutely the worst!!!! I wish I would have read about them prior to joining the Blue Cross IDID. Had to request a Gap Referral so that I could see someone that specializes in Parathyroids and surgery. This was denied because they said they had in network ENT's. LOL total joke ... read more
