This company was rude, and lacked the common decency customer service requires. My sister called the insurance company for a question on their coverage. The insurance company had covered her daughter's visits to the nutritionist but not hers. My sister called to ask why. The customers service lady told her that tge reason she doesn't get coverage on the nutritionist was because she was "morbidly obese". The customers service gal actually said that over the phone.
