Every phone calls routes you into a never ending AI answer and response that never gets you to a person. When I finally spoke with a person I got routed to three people who asked me the same questions and told me they would transfer me to the correct department and never did. Literally the worst insurance ever. I'm a Behavioral Health Provider and this company will do whatever it takes to make access to care difficult. They deserve negative stars but that wasn't an option. The automated system tells me to check Availity (the system BCBS uses for claims) but often times, the information Availity tells me vs what member services tells my clients doesn't match. The hold times and inability to access a live agent is also TERRIBLE. Most of my clients use BCBS so I have to make do and I can tell that a... read more
