Literally the worst insurance ever. I'm a Behavioral Health Provider and this company will do whatever it takes to make access to care difficult. They deserve negative stars but that wasn't an option. The automated system tells me to check Availity (the system BCBS uses for claims) but often times, the information Availity tells me vs what member services tells my clients doesn't match. Absolutely awful. I have BCBS because it's the only option through my work. Only thing it's good for is getting billed fir services that are supposed to be covered and denying claims. Should be criminal ti treat members like this.
