they constantly interfare withmy meds by putting them on hold ,they've done it with my pain meds and insulin
This insurance was great until I quit my job. After I quit all outstanding claims were denied but I was not ever notified. I had to call BCBS of RI and over the course of a year I heard the following reasons for denying my claims: the provider was out of network, the claims were deemed false, they couldn't be covered because I still had a deductible, they never received the revised paperwork. Called BCBS of RI before an office visit to verify the doctor I was going to see is covered under my plan. The representative gave me an OK to use this physician. After visiting Dr Goodman, paying my $30 copay. Three weeks later, The physician sent me a bill, stating the claim was denied by BCBS of RI. Beware of incompetent reps giving false info.
