Jamás tomes como una opción este seguro, tuve una crisis de ansiedad que en el momento no sabía que lo tenía y sentía ataques cardiacos por la misma ansiedad, acudí a un hospital de emergencias porque pensé que estaba apunto de un ataque, cuando llegue al hospital estaba más tranquila y el resultado fue que no eran signos de ataque cardiaco, ahora el seguro dice que no fue una emergencia y que no lo cubre, entonces que debería de cubrir? We drove from Ann Arbor with the hopes of seeing someone in person so that they could better assist us with resolving an issue. That didn't happen. The only exact information we were given was that nobody could help us because they work remotely from home.

I have never had an insurance company that declines to pay for so many things and refuses to apply what you end up paying to the deductible or out of pocket max. This company apparently has a 3 lab visit max per month, a 3 ultrasound limit per 9 month period and several other restrictions that they don’t tell you about. When I called to ask why things were getting declined they told me about the limits.
