Poor customer service and complete lack of clarity. I called early this morning to order an insurance ID card, only to be called back to process the order again?
Just spoke with a young lady named Lea G and she was extremely helpful. I needed a replacement OTC Card due to mine being stolen along with my bank cards and she knew what she was doing and got right on it. KUDOS Lea G. You ma'am need a raise in base pay by $15.00 effective 1/1/2026!!! Had talked to a young man previously at 11:01 am from BCBS and he said "BCBSM does not do OTC Cards." Honestly nothing great to say about BCBS. They’re completely useless. Things that should be considered emergencies aren’t. They refuse to pay everything. They make you wait forever to get back to you regarding your appeal. I pay them more than they have ever paid to help me. I’d rather have no insurance and have an emergency than pay for insurance and not get them help I need. I have so many other words I’d like to say about how ridiculous BCBS is but not enough time. If zero stars were a thing that what they deserve.
