Was signed up for one of their medicare advantage plans and have had them for the last few years. Had my coverage dropped with no notice and I found out when I picked up a script in the middle of the month last month. Logged on to see why it was so high and the app said I had no coverage. Called and the employee said I had been dropped for not paying when I did pay and she saw the date. Your polices and setup of the website is deliberately designed to limit our access to medical / prescription care. BCBSBCN told us to go to your preferred pharmacy. BCBSBCN told us that our treatment is authorized. Now when I use the reimbursement form it says I am not eligible. When I try to call it says your call center is closed. When I try to send a message it says I am not even eligible to send a message under this plan. Absolutely the worst customer service. They bounce you from person to person . Not to mention it's hard to understand people that have limited abilities with english.But yet they're responsible for handling our insurance problems. Which, by the way, they do not handle. They are very rude and not the least bit helpful. I stand by my words. Do yourself a favor put your premiums in a savings account and pay your own hospital bills. That's what i'm going to do!
