Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield is refusing to pay their part of a $166 doctor visit. I pay $512 a month for this insurance and my co-pay is supposed to be $25 for doctor visit. They are giving me the run around and saying that the doctor is out of network. I looked it up and Mercy is in network, and then they said just the doctor was out of network, so I called Mercy back and they said it doesn't work that way that all their doctors are part of Mercy network. Anthem is denying my husband's cancer treatment. Do not enroll with them! Their customer service is terrible.
Lousy company. It sink and I never get my mail or anything not getting.
They have been absolutely awful to work with and say that I don't have insurance every time I go to the doctor. I had to keep Bank transcripts on file just to use my insurance. A horrible horrible company
