Worst insurance coverage I’ve ever experienced. They deny everything but expect a premium payment every month. Canceling soon. If you do get an appointment for specialist needs you go once then you still owe and they deny any future appointments. Coordinators for doctors office don’t even like to deal with them. Horrible coverage. It’s like they are at the point of saying just die.
They are not being very ethical by withholding reimbursements for legitimate superbills. Honestly, I think it's likely illegal.
Absolutely pitiful customer service. Their automated answering system is probably the worst I've ever experienced. And we've only had to deal with it because they overcharged us a month ago and still haven't refunded the $1,240 they owe us.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND NEED TO BE SUED. The customer service Representative are very rude. They are not helpful. They will hang up in your face. They do not solve any problems. I really recommend if you have a health issue problem or anything dealing with your health. I do not recommend Blue Cross Blue Shield when my time is up I am definitely canceling. My son has been sick and they will not pay for anything and I am paying over 400 close to $500 a month and they have not helped me with anything.
