Customer service is terrible. If you call the number listed for this company, it will tell you to hang up and call the number on the back of your card. So if trying to reach the company without being a member, there is no apparent number to call. After calling other numbers, my calls are repeatedly transferred, dropped, or I am given wrong numbers to call. When I was a member, I had tremendous difficulty getting them to process an appeal of my claim, regardless of what the outcome would be.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA is garbage insurance. They only earn one star on their reviews because customers cannot leave zero stars or negative stars. I could write a long dissertation on their failures, lack of customer service, lack of empathy, and refusal of their employees to do any work. STAY AWAY from this company.

Have you ever asked yourself: how can I spend a lot of money in order to receive health insurance that covers nothing? If so, I've got a company for you!!! The service is terrible. The service team is terrible. The pharmacy they want you to use through their website? Redefines the word terrible. Worst insurance company I’ve had. They only care about their bottom line. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this company.
