Your App and web browser experience is terrible. Last week, I try to find care in network out of state and the first few care facilities were out of business or the phone numbers were incorrect. This week I login to my account online and found a Dr near my home and made an appointment; why would the web browser and app make the appointment at an urgent care in Newnan when the anthem map indicated the Mableton location. It is too bad that it would seem, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield doesn’t take our health as seriously as they attempt to make it look on the internet. What do insurance premiums even pay for? If my doctor prescribes a medication, that should be MORE than enough for coverage, considering what we pay Anthem. Instead, we are seemingly at the mercy of a “clinical team.” What are their medical credentials, anyway?
