It is too bad that it would seem, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield doesn’t take our health as seriously as they attempt to make it look on the internet. What do insurance premiums even pay for? If my doctor prescribes a medication, that should be MORE than enough for coverage, considering what we pay Anthem. Instead, we are seemingly at the mercy of a “clinical team.” What are their medical credentials, anyway?

I almost missed the deadline and I know they were so busy but he never rushed me. Super nice folks here. Great office staff too as well as my previous agent Valerie Wilkins.
I’m 21. Awful experience. Why did I get a text saying that they didn’t accurately cover my visit from 9 months ago. Why upcharge those that care about their well being?? Worst agency there is. Be mindful of that heath insurance ceo in NY. People are tired of poor service.
