Blue Shield quite literally robbed me. They stole my money straight up. I have severe debilitating asthma, and Blue Shield denied my doctor's request for a medication that would change my life. This is a serious review. Our family is experiencing “rain maker” type of thing with BlueShield. We have BlueShield PPO platinum for decades. Our monthly fee is over $5000 for me and my husband. We were healthy couple so we hardly used doctors except preventative but my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and finally started to use what we pay into it.
