I talked to Navy in the Quincy office, and she was absolutely phenomenal in helping me get my delayed medication. Don't know where else to put this, but she called the pharmacy and stood on the line with me until it was all taken care of. She was amazinf!!
This company is ridiculous in so many ways. Different departments pointing to other departments for issues. People takings days to call you back. Managers being rude or supposedly powerless. Almost a year ago, I had a credit on my account and spent multiple calls and many hours trying to tell them it was not mine.
