Sent me an ID card with the incorrect last name, took me calling 6 different times to be told my vision plan was only for my children. I do not have any children, and my boss didn’t opt in for vision insurance, so there’s no reason that plan should be in my account. Every time I call, I get another unhelpful representative that never gives me the information I need. One representative, Tiffany, hung up on me in the middle of trying to verify my insurance. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

I have been trying for a WEEK to get to the office where I can request an RFI (request for information) and statement of health insurance premiums paid for accounting and legal purposes. So far, I have twice been given the same number which is disconnected!!!! HELP PLEASE! If anyone still works at this company who is capable...

Get ready to make many many calls and never get a straight answer. Me and my wife talked to 8 representatives about getting a breast pump. After 2 months of back and forth, hours on the phone at no point they could tell us what pumps were covered, price limit, etc... zero specifics so we could make an inform choice. They sent us list of medical equipment suppliers, list consist of >90%hearing aid suppliers and other medical equipment, about 2-3 were breast pump suppliers.
