I have been talking with them because I screwed up and didn’t file for Medicare timely. Because I live on the Alabama/Georgia state line some of my medical is handled thru BCBS of Georgia and some through BCBS of Alabama. Each office has been great helping me claims sorted out and processed. Thank you to all the claims assistants who have helped me!!
Going to jump on this one star bandwagon. On hold for 20 min with 10sec repeat clip of "All agents are still assisting other callers thank you for patience... Hard to trust a billion dollar company absolutely miserable UX. Don't mind a hold but this feels intentionally painful.
The worst customer service imaginable. If you want to spend thirty minutes on the telephone only to be cut off, this is your company. My claims are being denied because I didn't receive a referral to see my PCP. When I ask who I would go to for a referral to a PCP they can't answer and hang up. Three times now. My PCP has even given me her NPI and tax ID number but they hang up before I get that far. No more premium payment for Anthem. Anthem sucks. Avoid them at all costs.
Obamacare married us to these crooks
Every time you try to talk to someone they hang up on you and you have to call over over. Would not recommed anyone to Blue Cross Blue shield. Biggest joke I have seen in years.
