How is this company allowed to operate? Seriously. It’s a monopoly in the Triangle and covers nothing. When asked if we have insurance we usually say either “ish” or “not really, we have Blue Cross”. GoodRX delivers more savings on prescriptions. NC Department of Insurance— you listening or are you in on it?
My wife and I had some questions about Medicare advantage plans. We met with Jackie, who was so nice, and very knowledgeable regarding all of our options. She helped to make sense of it all. I would strongly recommend going with BCBS and meeting anyone at this location. Jackie was the best one though.
