This insurance provider, although they have a nice fancy looking website, has an antiquated way of submitting claims. I’ve been a policyholder for over 20 yrs and you would think in 2026, when you need to submit a claim for reimbursement, you would go onto the BCBS website in your profile, complete claim information electronically, including date(s) of service, the charges, the providers name, diagnostic code, type of service etc. Then you would upload a copy of the provider’s invoice or bill. All the people there were friendly,welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. It's a great place to visit and see all that BCBS has to offer.
