I contacted Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center in Raleigh with an issue that I was unable to resolve on my own, either through the website or the customer service mobile line, and my insurance broker was also unable to help. The person who helped resolve my problem was Bianca Harris, a representative of the Blue Neighborhood Center in Raleigh, and I am very grateful to her for that.
Customer service is nonexistent. When you get someone on the phone the first thing they want to is transfer you! I don’t think they are listening while you’re talking! Amazon pharmacy and BCBSNC would rather have your prescriptions sitting on your front porch than to a SECURE P.O. Box for ANYONE to pick up.
It's a good insurance company. That's the wrong phone number listed though but the real phone number is on their website.
Telephone number not in service - although they are listed as being open. No easy way to create an account or to login for service. No one to speak to for assistance. Hey, but they are happy to take your money!
