I’ve never had a company so consistently have horrible customer service. Every single person I have spoken with at Wellmark sounds like they are having the worst day and that calling them is a bother. They will do the most to say they can’t help and get you off the phone. Every. Single. Person. Not sure if it is just who they hire or a terrible world environment that leads to every rep I have ever spoken to at Wellmark being so rude and unenthusiastic.
One of the best health insurance companies I have ever come across.
These are the glasses my son has to wear. Since May. He's severely visually handicapped. His social worker is awesome, but he's still having to wear these glasses. He gets 50$ a year for frames. The optometrist wants $300 for the lenses( my kid is the most astigmatic that he's ever seen", and some plastic type, bendable frames. He's gone through this many times. But now I'm fed up. It is shameful that he has to wear glasses like this.
Fraud they sending my son a bill and we never signed up for this he has state insurance and they are asking him to pay $507a mo and my son has no job and he gets ssi mm funny no one ever apply it’s Feaud people be carefenits a scam and they will sell your information.
This is 2024. Shouldn't have to play 20 questions with the representative to talk. Already given ID number and DOB. Makes absolutely no sense to have to continue with questions; address or zip code and phone number. This is not national security for Pete's sake. Go ahead and get creative with words to justify otherwise... And...Wellmark needs Chat...some customers can't hear well on the phone and don't use TDY. Get with the modern times Wellmark management. And Chat... allow customers to upload documents if needed.
