We've had this insurance for a few years, never met our deductable this year we did and now they upped the premium for next year to over 5,000$,/ month. yes you read it right, for just me. WOW! I will be finding insurance elsewhere. How on Earth do they think I can afford over $5,000 in premiums a month.
I am the general manager of a medical equipment company that has been in business since 2004. BCBS of Nebraska was the best company to work with for our first 14 years, but since 2018 they have by far become the worst insurance company in the country. We work with over 35 supplemental insurance companies every year. and BCBS is the only company who is not paying claims correctly or in a timely manner.
