One of the most incompetent insurance companies out there. On hold for hours with people that don't know what they're doing transferring you to other people who have no idea what they're doing. Absolute nightmare of a scam. Delete your information you thought had been processed previously to find out it had not, hang up on you. Highly unprofessional.
Not honest people!
Couldn't get any help- had to fax birth certificates for my minor children to prove I was their parent and they still wouldn't talk to me. Left BCBS, went to a different insurance co.
This is the worst-run insurance company I've ever dealt with. After two years, emails, FedExing of forms and dozens of phone calls they are still unable to coordinate my son's benefits with our other insurance re a surgery he had TWO YEARS ago. My husband had Minnesota BC/BS for 20 years, and not one issue in all that time. It's probably time to start complaining to the Montana Insurance Commission.
