Not honest people!
Couldn't get any help- had to fax birth certificates for my minor children to prove I was their parent and they still wouldn't talk to me. Left BCBS, went to a different insurance co.
This is the worst-run insurance company I've ever dealt with. After two years, emails, FedExing of forms and dozens of phone calls they are still unable to coordinate my son's benefits with our other insurance re a surgery he had TWO YEARS ago. My husband had Minnesota BC/BS for 20 years, and not one issue in all that time. It's probably time to start complaining to the Montana Insurance Commission.
Called the provided number above for Billings office but seems like the national queue. Nobody local. Also, I was on hold music for 45 minutes then give up and hang up.
